How do I contact you?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt. If we are unable to do this we will contact you by email.

All orders are delivered by Royal Mail. Unfortunately they are not tracked.

UK orders should normally be with you within 2-3 working days, however can sometimes take a little longer due to postal delays. Please allow a full 7 working days before notifying us of any delays in arrival.

Other European orders should normally be with you within 7-10 working days, however can sometimes take a little longer due to postal delays. Please allow a full 15 working days before notifying us of any delays in arrival.

Rest of the World Zone 1 & 2 should normally be with you within 10-15 working days, however can sometimes take a little longer due to postal delays. Please allow a full 25 working days before notifying us of any delays in arrival.

Please note, working days do not include weekends and public holidays.

How do I return something to you?

You can return any item to us within 28 days of receiving your original order, including sale items.

The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.

Please make sure you enclose a note detailing the order number your return relates to, your details and whether you would like a refund or to change it for another size or colour.
We will send you an email when we have received your return and process the refund or exchange accordingly. This is usually done within 1 working day.

How much will my order cost me in my own currency?
We will charge your payment card in British Pounds and your bank will then convert the amount to your local currency. Unfortunately we are not able to give you an accurate figure as this depends on the exchange rate given to you by your bank.

I can’t find my country on the shipping list.
Due to licensing laws we are unable to ship to the US and Canada.
